For condensation control in livestock buildings, standing seam works best when paired with a condensation-control liner installed under the panels and adequate ridge and eave ventilation. The liner is the key element. Insulation can be added on top of that for energy reasons, but ventilation plus liner is the baseline that actually stops the dripping.
