As a kid, Chad grew up in Orfordville, WI. and worked beside his brothers harnessing the knowledge of the roofing business being a laborer. They worked under his father who owns the company Yates Construction. Once Chad had a foundation of the roofing business, he was ready to start his own company, then Buckshot General Contracting was born.
When Chad isn’t in the field selling, you can expect to see him coaching his sons (Archer) basketball team, or find him supporting his daughters in their volleyball endeavors. (Ellie and Addison)
