The Story
From the roof line to his own company.
As a kid, Chad grew up in Orfordville, WI and worked beside his brothers learning the roofing business as a laborer. They worked under his father, who owns Yates Construction. Once Chad had a foundation in the trade, he was ready to start his own company, and Buckshot General Contracting was born.
When Chad isn't in the field selling, you can expect to see him coaching his son Archer's basketball team, or supporting his daughters Ellie and Addison in their volleyball endeavors.
