Standard residential replacements are usually scheduled within 10–14 days of signature. Emergency tarp jobs go on the calendar same day. Insurance claims typically run 21–28 days end-to-end depending on adjuster response.
Q.02Does insurance really cover a new roof?
If you have a hail or wind claim with provable damage, your policy almost certainly covers replacement minus your deductible. We do the scoping, supplement, and documentation in-house — we’ve scoped for the carriers themselves for years.
Q.03What’s the difference between FORTIFIED and a standard roof?
FORTIFIED is a third-party construction standard from the Insurance Institute for Business & Home Safety. It specifies sealed roof decks, enhanced edge nailing, and ring-shank fasteners — meaningfully better wind and water performance. Many insurers offer a premium credit for FORTIFIED-rated roofs.
