LayerLock uses a factory-installed staple-free alignment system with a more aggressive adhesive strip built in. The result: faster installation, more consistent sealing, and a stronger bond once it cures.

vs. CertainTeed Landmark: Another quality product. CertainTeed's SELECT ShingleMaster program parallels GAF's Master Elite. Again, the installer matters as much as the shingle.

vs. builder-grade 3-tab: Not really a comparison worth making for a Wisconsin home. Three-tab shingles have lower wind resistance, no layered protection, and shorter realistic lifespans. We rarely recommend them for full replacements in our market.
