Pulling away from fascia
A gutter separating from the house is on its way to falling. We refasten it and check the fascia behind it for damage.
Leaking joints & corners
Seams, corners, and end caps are where seamless and sectional gutters leak. We re-seal the joints that have failed.
Overflowing in rain
Wrong pitch, clogs, or undersized runs cause overflow. We re-pitch, clear, and correct so water actually reaches the downspout.

Loose, clogged, or poorly placed downspouts dump water at the foundation. We reconnect and redirect at least 6 feet out.
Fascia rot & damage

Most gutter problems are a repair, not a replacement. Sagging, leaks, wrong pitch, and pulled-away runs are usually fixed by re-hanging, re-pitching, re-sealing, or refastening. Often it’s pitch, the gutter isn’t sloped correctly toward the downspout, so water backs up and spills over. It can also be undersized gutters or a downspout problem. We re-pitch and correct the cause so water flows where it should.
It’s worth addressing soon. A gutter pulling away from the fascia is heading toward falling, and it usually means the fascia behind it is taking on water. We refasten it and repair any fascia damage before it spreads to the siding or eaves.
