Every Buckshot roof carries two warranties.
One from the manufacturer covering the materials, one from us covering the installation. Most roofers can only offer the first, and only a watered-down version of it. You get both, in writing.
GAF System Plus
The premium GAF limited warranty, available only through a Master Elite contractor. It covers the entire GAF roofing system, not just shingles, and does not shrink in value as the roof ages.

A few things that quietly void a roof warranty.
We'd rather tell you upfront than have you find out later. Most voided warranties trace back to one of these, and the first is the big one.
Uncertified installation
The biggest one. The System Plus warranty only exists if a Master Elite contractor installs and registers it. A standard crew simply cannot issue it.
Layovers over old shingles
Installing new shingles over an old roof instead of a full tear-off hides decking problems and commonly voids the system warranty. We always tear off to the deck.
Poor ventilation
Inadequate attic ventilation overheats and ages shingles prematurely and can affect coverage. We assess and correct ventilation as part of every replacement.
